Returns & Exchanges

Breast pumps are a single-user product, therefore for hygiene and safety reasons, they can only be used by one person. This means that once the tamper seal is broken, you will not be able to return or exchange the product unless it is faulty. If you received a faulty or malfunctioning device, please contact the Lansinoh customer service team to see if you are eligible for a warranty replacement.
